Which mower wins each category?
Availability and value: i105
A visible $799 price, current product page and three-year warranty make the Navimow easier to recommend as a purchase today.
Slopes: YUKA Mini
The published 50% / 27° limit is materially higher than the i105’s 30% / 17°. Treat both as maximums, not promises on wet or loose ground.
Lawn size and zones: YUKA Mini
The larger prior variant reaches 0.2 acre and the platform lists up to 15 zones. That gives more headroom for segmented lawns.
Simple small yard: i105
For a measured lawn below 0.125 acre with moderate grades, the i105 avoids paying for capacity the yard does not need.
Navigation: yard-dependent
Both blend positioning systems. Check Network RTK coverage, sky view, tree canopy and the dock route at the actual property.
Edge result: neither is magic
Ride-on-edge modes work best when grass meets level paving. Walls, raised curbs and drop-offs can still leave manual trimming.
The availability issue changes the verdict
A comparison based only on specifications would make the YUKA Mini look especially strong for slopes and multi-zone layouts. But availability is part of product fit. When this page was verified, Mammotion’s U.S. page marked the 600H and 800H options as sold out and directed visitors toward newer models.
That does not make every YUKA Mini a bad purchase. It means buyers should verify whether they are looking at the same U.S. version, a newer replacement, old stock, a marketplace import or a used unit. Warranty eligibility, included connectivity and replacement parts may differ.
Our practical rule: choose a supported mower, not just a winning specification. If the exact YUKA Mini variant cannot be confirmed with a U.S. warranty and return path, the Navimow i105 is the more defensible choice.
Match the mower to the yard
Choose the Navimow i105 when:
- The measured mowing area is no more than 0.125 acre.
- The steepest sustained grade stays comfortably below 30%.
- The lawn has reasonable positioning conditions and a workable dock location.
- You want a current, recognizable entry-price model with clear U.S. terms.
Choose the YUKA Mini when:
- The exact supported model is genuinely available.
- The lawn needs more coverage headroom or many separate zones.
- Published rear-wheel-drive slope capability is important.
- You have confirmed the included NetRTK, iNavi or connectivity package.
What may cost extra?
For the i105, advanced anti-theft connectivity can require the separate Access+ 4G module. For the YUKA Mini, built-in 4G was not listed on the checked H-version page; bundles and service entitlements vary. With either mower, also budget for replacement blades, eventual battery wear and any installation accessories not included in the current package.
Bottom line
Buy the Navimow i105 for a compact, moderate, relatively open lawn when you want the clearest current value. Consider the YUKA Mini when its higher published slope limit and zone capacity solve a real yard problem—but only after verifying the exact variant, current stock, U.S. warranty and package contents.
